Corporate could be more hands on. The company, in Dallas at least could be slightly more organized.
I applied in-person. The process took a week. I interviewed at Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group (Las Vegas, NV).
Open call; asked me about fine dining etiquette and wine knowledge. I sat in a room, dropped off a resume and filled out an application with other people that showed up. Had an interview with the General Manager about restaurants and my experience.
Minimum wage plus tips. There is no negotiation.
