I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Womply (Portland, OR) in December 2016.
Four interviews total with various folks from the company, and the total process took about a month. It included some product management homework (that I personally found to be quite fun), and one on-site that was about three hours. Everyone was very flexible with scheduling, and the recruiter was responsive and really helpful.
