We grow, harvest, bottle, package, and market a diverse range of healthy products, including fruits, nuts, flowers, water, wines and juices. The Wonderful Company’s diverse holdings make it the world’s largest grower of tree nuts, America’s largest citrus grower, and the world’s largest flower delivery service with the Teleflora network of florists.
We believe there is incredible power in the Wonderful family of brands to inspire healthier choices and to support our communities. By helping nourish our neighbors with high-quality, healthy products, we believe we can grow a better world.
Being “Wonderful” goes beyond our consumer promise of growing, harvesting and distributing wholesome, high-quality fruits, nuts and other products for customers around the world. We strive to make The Wonderful Company true to its name with a wide range of philanthropic activities that focus on investing in and collaborating with the communities where our employees live and work. In 2015 alone, we invested more than $48 million in far-reaching community development, education, and health and wellness programs across California's Central Valley, all with the goal of enriching and enhancing the lives of our employees, their families and their communities.
We started our community development efforts five years ago in Lost Hills, just 13 miles from the Wonderful Pistachios plant. Since then, we have revitalized the community park, now known as Wonderful Park, with two community centers, two soccer fields, a volleyball court, a basketball court, playgrounds, and a broad range of community activities and events. With an overall investment to date of more than $15 million, we have also completed extensive infrastructure improvements throughout the community, including paved roads; installation of sidewalks, bus shelters, storm drains and streetlights; and planted drought-resistant landscaping.
Without education and the promise of economic opportunity, communities cannot sustain themselves. That's why we established Wonderful Education in 2012. To date, we have reached more than 55,000 Central Valley students across 83 schools in 24 districts. We have also awarded more than 1,500 college scholarships and incentives, as well as 1,300 teacher grants.
With a wide portfolio of healthy, iconic products, The Wonderful Company is deeply committed to helping people make better choices, every day. We grow, market, and sell only wholesome, nutritious fruits, nuts, and beverages because we believe that what you put into your body matters. By helping nourish consumers with high-quality, naturally grown products, we believe we can harvest a better world.
As an agricultural company, we are deeply committed to protecting and conserving our natural resources. In partnership with industry leaders and universities, Wonderful directs significant resources toward cutting-edge research and groundbreaking technology to improve our product quality and operational efficiency while also minimizing our impact on the environment. To date, we have invested more than $120 million in protecting our natural resources.

This job can be a little repetitive. You just have to switch things up so you don’t get bored. Set goals with your supervisor so that doesn’t happen.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Wonderful Sales (Los Angeles, CA) in August 2014.
My interview process was organized and quickly executed. I was contacted by the Director of the department for a phone interview. After the interview the Recruiting Coordinator reached out to me to set up an in person meeting with the Director and the team. I interviewed with 5 people that day. I was contacted 2 days later and made an offer. The recruiting process and HR on boarding was seamless and easy. I was always well informed and knew what next steps were throughout the process.
The first offer they made was fair, but I countered with historical salary information and projected earnings. We agreed somewhere in the middle.
