    Marketing Associate Interview

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Woodbridge, CT
    No Offer
    Negative Experience
    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Woodbridge International (Woodbridge, CT) in December 2019.

    Interview

Waste of time. I was interviewed, did a personality assessment etc. then I was told they were looking for someone out of college so that they could train. A waste of time, why even phone screen me then have me come in. Also, it’s listed as a Marketing Associate job but don’t be fooled this is not that. This is more of a follow up on clicks, not cold calls but still a relative sales call that then goes to the closers. Nice people but they have no idea how to screen candidates correctly.
