Innovative company that is always looking to grow, strengthen and improve. So much talent within the WB walls. The company cares for the staff and freelancers in a variety ways. "Pie in the sky"

We often need to re-prioritize our plan for the day to address more time sensitive needs as they arise. I don't mind this but I recognize it takes practice to shift in and out of tasks with ease.

  1. Project Manager Interview

I applied online. I interviewed at Wordbank (Denver, CO) in Sep 2020

Went through a series of four interviews with different teams. Every interview went well and there was plenty of encouraging and positive feedback. Was told decision process would be a week out, as managers were on break. Was promptly 100% ghosted. Not a single word of response over the course of several months, numerous emails, and plenty of phone calls. If they waste the applicant's time like this, can only imagine how they mismanage their time internally. Lot of self-congratulatory discussion in the interview, they seem to lack self awareness of how they can improve. Will loose several good candidates if they continue like this.

What qualities do think make somebody in this role successful? How familiar are you with translation software?
