Advice to ManagementPromote Senior Directors, create a hierarchy that allows upper level management to get out of the weeds.
I applied online. I interviewed at Wordbank (Denver, CO) in Sep 2020
InterviewWent through a series of four interviews with different teams. Every interview went well and there was plenty of encouraging and positive feedback. Was told decision process would be a week out, as managers were on break. Was promptly 100% ghosted. Not a single word of response over the course of several months, numerous emails, and plenty of phone calls. If they waste the applicant's time like this, can only imagine how they mismanage their time internally. Lot of self-congratulatory discussion in the interview, they seem to lack self awareness of how they can improve. Will loose several good candidates if they continue like this.
