Gain experience and training in marketing and HR if interested
    Flexible schedule and easy-going co-workers

    Cons

Very small office, no room to grow
Sometimes there's not enough work and things are very slow
    Very very laid-back environment

    Advice to Management

Don't hire too many interns when you don't have enough work for them
