Being a woman in tech, I only recently started advocating for myself at work about advancement opportunities. Because of this I wanted to ask this question to my male counterparts. When you have 1:1's with your direct reports and talk about career growth / aspirations what is your managers’ response typically? I’d like to gauge how my experience (negative) differs from others. For instance are you met with blockades, enthusiasm, dread, etc?

Where would you move (within the US) if you could move anywhere? And why there? Currently in NY, lease is up soon, working remotely forever. Never lived anywhere else in the US. I love nature, animals..snorkeling, horseback riding, working out gives me life.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at WorkRamp (New York, NY)
InterviewMade it to the second round and writing assessment. Recruiting was absolutely great and communicative throughout the entire process. Hiring manager did not seem like they wanted to be at the second interview. After completing the writing assessment, no feedback was given to explain the rejection.
For the writing assessment: "I completed a training yesterday and would like to review some of the material within it but I don't see it in my assignments page. How can I find my training?"Answer Question
