Technical Account Manager

Being a woman in tech, I only recently started advocating for myself at work about advancement opportunities. Because of this I wanted to ask this question to my male counterparts. When you have 1:1's with your direct reports and talk about career growth / aspirations what is your managers’ response typically? I’d like to gauge how my experience (negative) differs from others. For instance are you met with blockades, enthusiasm, dread, etc?

I applied online. I interviewed at WorkRamp (United States)

Met with Recruiter > Had an assignment > Customer Support Manager > then in a 1.5 hr span had 3 interviews. The 3 interviews were each 30 minutes and were with the VP of CS, a potential team member, and then the CSM again They were all incredibly kind and so fun to speak with and get to know! The recruiter was also amazing at keeping me in the loop with all the steps.

Why are you looking for a new opportunity?
