When you have 1:1's with your direct reports and talk about career growth / aspirations what is your managers’ response typically? I’d like to gauge how my experience (negative) differs from others. InterviewMet with Recruiter > Had an assignment > Customer Support Manager > then in a 1.5 hr span had 3 interviews. The 3 interviews were each 30 minutes and were with the VP of CS, a potential team member, and then the CSM again They were all incredibly kind and so fun to speak with and get to know! The recruiter was also amazing at keeping me in the loop with all the steps.
