I have been working at WorkRocket full-time (More than 5 years)
You will learn so much with WorkRocket regardless of what role you are in. They have a great work environment with fun, dedicated people that push me to do better. I also enjoy having a voice and opinions that are valued by the management team and always have the support I need to do my job well.
Maintaining a high quality of work while keeping up with business demand can be difficult during busier seasons.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at WorkRocket (Richmond, VA).
Interview process was simple. One phone interview and two in-person interviews. The phone interview and the first in-person interview were with the same person, the director of sales. The second in-person interview was with the CEO of the tiny company. He is the CEO of two other companies which are based in the same office. Work Rocket was moving offices soon because of quick growth with the company.
WorkRocket and our parent company The Richmond Group, volunteered in September at the Virginia Home For Boys and Girls. Our team helped clean and prepare new resident living space for another school year. If you don’t know a lot about VHBG, it is truly an amazing place. Virginia Home for Boys and Girls (VHBG) is a nonprofit organization that has been serving children in crisis since 1846. Their mission is to help children across Virginia with emotional and behavioral health concerns by facilitating the healing process using a teaching-family approach.
