Our Clients

Our clients set high standards for sales and customer service to their customers. So do we. We're looking for skilled professionals who can understand the business, master the technology, and deliver great service-contact after contact, customer after customer. We'll pay you well to do it-right from your home. And as an agent, we'll invest in your on-demand education-with no cost to you.

The Work

Taught by professional educators, the on-demand instruction for our clients takes several weeks-for which you are paid. This work isn't for everyone. It takes the ability to multi-task and interact with several different applications simultaneously.

Qualifications

Sales Skills: Agents will offer products where appropriate based on call flow and customer needs.

Excellent Customer Service: Agents need strong verbal communication and rapport-building skills to provide premier service on multiple call types.

Critical Thinking:Agents must be comfortable with and able to work through multiple types of customer situations, be able to find solutions to customer concerns with a focus on quality and business retention.

Multi-tasking: Agents must be able to operate multiple systems simultaneously, while maintaining constant communication with customers.

Availability:Agents will need to provide a minimum of 20 hours per week for most programs.

    Working solutions is a wonderful company to work for! You schedule your own hours, you are your own boss! This company has the most caring team to work for, we are all like one big happy family! The pay is very good and so are the perks!

    I applied online. I interviewed at Working Solutions.

    Terrible Experience.

    I applied on Working Solutions Website and created a profile. I then began to apply for the open Work from Home Positions.

    When I was 75% complete with the application, I encountered a system error that prevented me from completing.

    I made every attempt to correct by starting over many times. I attempted to contact support and was never able to speak to someone directly, nor has anyone from their HR or technical support team willing to assist.

    I made numerous phone calls, left several messages and emailed support explaining in detail the error. After several weeks of attempts and no resolution, I decided to pursue another opportunity.
