Our clients set high standards for sales and customer service to their customers. So do we. We're looking for skilled professionals who can understand the business, master the technology, and deliver great service-contact after contact, customer after customer. We'll pay you well to do it-right from your home. And as an agent, we'll invest in your on-demand education-with no cost to you.
Taught by professional educators, the on-demand instruction for our clients takes several weeks-for which you are paid. This work isn't for everyone. It takes the ability to multi-task and interact with several different applications simultaneously.
Sales Skills: Agents will offer products where appropriate based on call flow and customer needs.
Excellent Customer Service: Agents need strong verbal communication and rapport-building skills to provide premier service on multiple call types.
Critical Thinking:Agents must be comfortable with and able to work through multiple types of customer situations, be able to find solutions to customer concerns with a focus on quality and business retention.
Multi-tasking: Agents must be able to operate multiple systems simultaneously, while maintaining constant communication with customers.
Availability:Agents will need to provide a minimum of 20 hours per week for most programs.

The team at WS care about agent success, they are always looking teaching opportunities. I find most all of the team that assist agents really want to help not criticize. You must be willing to commit to following all of the rules of your contract.
Like job, there are some "managers" (resources) that are easier to work with than others, though they are all there to help and want you to succeed.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Working Solutions (New York, NY) in November 2017.
The company has you create an account and there is a questionnaire that determines what type of work you would be good in which aligns with your interests. Then they ask you open ended customer service questions. Because they need to hear what you sound like, some of the questions require you to call in and leave a message. The voice message has to do with customer service.
