Working Solutions – Why Work For Us?

As a business, you can never have too much validation. That’s true whether it’s feedback on Glassdoor—or being recognized by a respected industry job source.

That’s why we are pleased to make FlexJobs’ 2015 list of Top 100 Companies to Watch for Telecommuting and Remote Jobs. It’s good company to be in as we attract more great talent.

The ever-escalating customer experience. Pleasing today’s ϋber consumer is a quicksilver business. Think mercurial marketplace. You need a fast-flex workforce, focused on the customers you serve.

At Working Solutions, we have a thought for you. Actually, it’s more of a recommendation: Ёvolve your workforce. Make it mobile, responsive and virtual—with Work Anywhere Agents™.

We’ve done it for clients and their customers for almost two decades, with virtual contract center services. Working Solutions uses a U.S. network of professional agents, who can work from any secure location—home or elsewhere.

Client-specific education

In the virtual classroom of Working Solutions University™, certified educators teach agents about a client’s business, culture and customers. Depending on a program’s complexity, instruction can take less than a day or up to several weeks—done up close and online. For agents nationwide, it’s learning without boundaries™.

Our agents specialize in the industries we serve, including consumer services, healthcare, retail, travel and more. They average 11 years in customer service and five years in sales.

Our talent pool is diverse. We attract military families, work-at-home parents, change-of-career professionals, college students, and seniors—all with life and work experiences that customers relate to and appreciate.

Recognized leader—enterprise shortlist

Recently, industry analyst Ovum ranked us among the leaders in home-based outsourcers. Ovum puts Working Solutions on the enterprise shortlist for service providers, stating the company“…will remain a top-line vendor in the home agent space for the foreseeable future.”

Success in business is about relationships—working with people you trust, count on, who step up and deliver. Consistently. We’ve done that for almost 20 years. We call it staying power. Our clients and customers call it proven.

Our Clients

Our clients set high standards for sales and customer service to their customers. So do we. We're looking for skilled professionals who can understand the business, master the technology, and deliver great service-contact after contact, customer after customer. We'll pay you well to do it-right from your home. And as an agent, we'll invest in your on-demand education-with no cost to you.

The Work

Taught by professional educators, the on-demand instruction for our clients takes several weeks-for which you are paid. This work isn't for everyone. It takes the ability to multi-task and interact with several different applications simultaneously.

Sales Skills: Agents will offer products where appropriate based on call flow and customer needs.

Excellent Customer Service: Agents need strong verbal communication and rapport-building skills to provide premier service on multiple call types.

Critical Thinking: Agents must be comfortable with and able to work through multiple types of customer situations, be able to find solutions to customer concerns with a focus on quality and business retention.

Multi-tasking: Agents must be able to operate multiple systems simultaneously, while maintaining constant communication with customers.

Availability: Agents will need to provide a minimum of 20 hours per week for most programs.

I have been working at Working Solutions (More than 5 years)

I have been with Working Solutions for 6 years and have worked many projects. The people are fantastic, friendly, supportive and helpful. I have never had a problem or negative experience with Working Solutions. The training is extremely rigorous with a lot of information crammed into a short period of time but it is excellent and definitely will separate the wheat from the chaff. If you are there to learn and excel, you will love the challenge. The projects are interesting and you really feel like you are part of a team. Working Solutions should not be relied upon to totally support your monthly income although if you are working 2 projects it is doable. Yes, sometimes the hours do not meet the minimum required on the contract that is signed. It isn't that they over hire but they do need to make sure they keep up with the client's demand and sometimes this requires adding additional agents to make sure there are always enough agents available to work the hours the client needs.People get sick, cancel hours and, with any job, there is always turnover. So, hiring additional agents beyond the actual need is necessary to keep the client happy and make sure we keep our excellent reputation in the business place.

I have no cons at all. I love this company!

    Advice to Management

One thing that would be nice is to reach out to agents who reach milestones within the company - such as achieving the 5 year mark, etc. Perhaps do something nice for them or at least some sort of acknowledgement would be nice.
