Great work environment. Excellent work/life balance. Friendly office, clean building. Personable people. Lots of inter-office friendships. Good amount of workload. Really pushes the envelope of technology needed. Amazing benefits package.
Too many managers, too much corporate bureaucracy. Some managers are out of their league in terms of the positions they hold. Too many nonsense meetings that wasted time. Most managers tend to play "favorites" with certain employees that may be undeserving of it.
Advice to Management
Senior management must be more approachable. Take some time to evaluate the necessity of some of the managers and how well they do their jobs.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at World Avenue (Sunrise, FL) in August 2009.
I was called by HR person to check the time I would be available for a phone interview with a hiring manager. I had a phone interview with the manager (Why are you interested in this position? Why should we hire you? Basic questions.) The next day, I had an interview in the office.
