Imagine working for a company with a voice, regardless of position or tenure. A company that rewards performance, promotes personal development and embraces creativity and innovation. This is WorldVentures – a global company with a diverse and energizing culture. Our success is largely due to our one big team philosophy. Working here has its privileges. Among them are benefits and perks that reflect our commitment to supporting our employees’ success.
Giving – it’s not just part of our culture. It’s a calling. One of the many unique things about WorldVentures Holdings is our commitment to making a genuine difference in the world through our charitable organization, WorldVentures Foundation. Every organization has a mission. Ours is simple, and from the heart. We create positive change in the lives of children all over the world. That means supporting sustainable programs that promote their health, happiness, safety and development. We accomplish our mission through four main ways: VolunTours, Volunteer Days, Dream Courts and fundraising.
Since its inception in 2010, WorldVentures Foundation has touched the lives of children in 93 global communities, from Asian to the America’s and points in between, and we’re poised to give back at an even higher level in the future.

No Cons to share, being employed by WorldVentures has been a rewarding and enjoyable experience
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at WorldVentures Holdings (Plano, TX) in October 2016.
Was contacted by a recruiter to interview for the position. I got an in-person interview within 2 days. Met with one of the training and development leaders in HR. Everyone in the building was friendly and the interview was more like a conversation than an interrogation. I wasn't offered the job because they did not think I had enough adult learning experience.
