Mission: Our company culture builds connections, careers, and employee growth. How? By creating a workplace that values flexibility, autonomy, and transparency. If that sounds like something you’d like to be part of, we’d love to hear from you.
I have been working at WorldVia Travel Group full-time (Less than a year)
Feeling valued even as an entry-level employee. I've been here for less than a year and feel as though I have gained years worth of experience. Management trusts it's team (including interns) with big projects and always values everyone's opinions.
The office space isn't ideal since we are in a shared office building and we also share individual offices, but it makes for easy collaboration and there's never a dull moment.
Advice to Management
Keep doing what you're doing!!
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at WorldVia Travel Group in April 2018.
I submitted an application online and heard back about three weeks later to complete an online assessment. I completed the assessment (which tested basic grammar and writing skills) and then received an invitation for a video interview. During the interview I spoke with the VP of Marketing and a previous Marketing Intern. I answered 10 questions and it lasted for around 35 minutes. Overall, great experience!
