I worked at WorleyParsons full-time (More than 5 years)
Family centered environment; one can easily balance work and life. Hardwork is resounded congruently as I did have (2) middle-of-fiscal-year salary adjustments as a result of outstanding work in projects.
Most colleagues have retired, forced to retire, reduced to part-timers, let-go or have left for another company. No cohesiveness in the top brass and upper management to land/award projects. Politics in workplace have been rampant and beyond tolerance. Recommended company but warned if you have thin skin for office politics, this is not a place for you.
Advice to Management
Isn't it long enough to realize that the recipe for success should be changed? The upper echelon in the management and project team need ratification from top to bottom. A lot of potential projects have been lost due to outright incapacities especially towards my last month of employment.
I applied online. I interviewed at WorleyParsons (New York, NY).
As I applied through internal job openings, I had little easy way in talking to HR and Engineering Manager based in Kuwait. The selections are based on experience and expertise in the subject.
