Pretty average.
Step 1: 30-minute phone screening with the HR recruiter, basic and quick.
Step 2: 1-hour interview with upper management (Senior Director and Associate Director)
Step 3: Project - sample test (2-day turnaround)
Step 4: SVP Interview, more of a formalityInterviewThe first Interview was very much behavioral type questions and applying past experience, explaining significant projects. The second Interview included culture questions/personality and if it's a good fit, fundamental get-to-know-you questions. The last interview with SVP was simple - main question was "Tell me about yourself" and questions stemmed from that.
