Pros

- kind, collaborative and driven coworkers
- good perks and benefits
- culture centered
- powerful necessity product

Cons

- It was a bummer going remote because then we didn't get the free snacks and lunch that was in office, but that's out of the company control.

I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Wrike (Czech Republic) in May 2022

    Interview

I was asked in the interview about tools that weren’t mentioned in the job posting at all. I didn't have a sound knowledge of them and it was a reason to decline me as a candidate. But it just feels super weird. If a candidate should know these tools, they should be listed in the job description. Otherwise, it’s a waste of time for everyone involved in this process.

At least I got experience in solving home tasks.

The process is quite long. I’ve been waiting for feedback for more than a week after each step.

Do you have experience of creating scripts for automatization of reporting process?

The value of culture can’t be overstated and for many of us, a good cultural fit is a driving factor in whether or not we’d like to bring our talents to a particular organization. Once you join an organization, feel part of the team, and enjoy the work, you want to tell others so they can enjoy the benefits, too. That’s where the Great Places To Work index comes in handy. And, by the way, Wrike recently received its top 25 Great Places To Work®!
