Pros
From the start, management has been very friendly and communicative. I've also had a lot of fun with the different types of topics -- you get a chance to be creative. The pay is a lot better than most companies out there. It might be lower than some people's freelance rates, but I personally prefer getting slightly less per word and not having to continually pitch to potential clients. It's also nice that you can be paid weekly if you'd like.
Cons
Work isn't consistent. This actually works well for me because I work for a few other clients. Those clients have steady work, so when I get a Writing Studio assignment, it's a nice way to mix things up.
