I have been working at Wunderlich-Malec Engineering full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

We are given freedom and trust to make our own decisions.
Management understands that life happens and are flexible and work with us.
I consider that I can learn from EVERY team member in one way or another, whether technically, work ethics, personal hobbies and so on.
Everybody is very well rounded individuals and when you don't feel like the smartest person in the room, then you are in the right room.

    Cons

There are some people easier to work with than others, but I would consider the majority of my co-workers are well rounded, easy to work with.

    Advice to Management

Keep on rewarding us for our hard work. It shows that we are happy. Keep on being a good example so that we can learn from you and we can become great leaders as well.

I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Wunderlich-Malec Engineering in September 2016.

    Interview

I had to attend 3 separate interviews. One with the manager, one with the team I would be working with, and one with Human Resources and a Senior VP.
