I have been working at Wunderlich-Malec Engineering full-time
Flexibility. No micro-managing. Room for growth.
Very few public holidays. Too much field work. Need more engineering jobs rather than electrician jobs.
Advice to Management
ESOP, profit sharing and other company benefits are confusing and need to be better explained. Need to bid on more programming/design jobs rather than field-labor extensive projects. We've all been through engineering degrees and our actual skill sets aren't being put to use.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Wunderlich-Malec Engineering in September 2016.
I had to attend 3 separate interviews. One with the manager, one with the team I would be working with, and one with Human Resources and a Senior VP.
