    Pros

Strong operational leadership, strong/stable customer base, very metric driven & goal orientated competitive environment. Technical talent is top notch & investments back into the organization are always welcomed by senior management.

    Cons

Sometimes short sighted decisions to make your numbers for the quarter are not always the best decisions.

    Advice to Management

Spend more time listening and soliciting input from your hourly staff. They truly are the #1 asset in the organization.
