I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts (Rio Grande, PR) in October 2015.
They call me very fast, as soon as I applied. the first call was about two weeks after i applied for an interview and then it did not took long until they called me for a second an third interview.
