I have been working at Wynn Resorts full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Good working environment, commensurate pay and employees taken care of with necessary training.

    Cons

Promotions are based on performance but more so if you know somebody in management who will give the necessary push for promoytion

    Advice to Management

have to be the leader in employee compensation owing to the fact that they are the best rated destination in Las Vegas

    Application

The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Wynn Resorts (Las Vegas, NV) in May 2017.

    Interview

First had a meet & greet type interview so they can rule out the people who had no chance. Got invited back to a group panel interview that was held the next day. Had a minute to talk about why I should get the job in front of everyone the executives and all other candidates.
