Morale became an issue, projects constantly shifted around so that no one had any ownership, poor ability to motivate staff, technology stack sort of out-dated, difficult to get assistance with /training on the most powerful features. Often hard work was scrapped, and development built what they thought was wanted rather than what was specified.
Advice to Management
Invest in requirements tracking software, adopt a tight focus on evaluating where the product needs to go, and avoid selling product based on features that require development.
