Pros
Great pay, nice working environment, great management, nice co-workers, opportunities for advancement and education.
Cons
Have to find own substitutes to teach classes, even if sick, which can be hard.
Advice to Management
We have a board to post sub-requests but maybe a sub-list with the availability of individual instructors?

Interview
Quick. I got an on spot interview with the operations manager at the gym, then I had a phone interview with the general manager. A couple days later I was invited back to the gym, and I met with him and he hired me.
