In 2000, Xantrion was founded by Anne Bisagno and Tom Snyder to bring world-class IT services to midsize organizations in the San Francisco Bay Area. Forward-thinking solutions, in-depth security expertise, and superior execution have made us one of the top 50 IT service providers worldwide.

With an average employee satisfaction rating of 8.9 out of 10, we strive to make Xantrion a place our team members want to be.
We offer ample room for growth, rewards for hard work, and a benefits package that includes the following:
Xantrion's dedicated IT consultants are all full-time employees, not contractors. Each one is based in the Bay Area, not Timbuktu. And our team boasts an average of over a decade in the computer networking industry. We've been recognized as premium partners of Microsoft, Dell, Iron Mountain, and Sonicwall, a testament to both our technical expertise and independently verified customer satisfaction.
Xantrion understands that data security is one of your top priorities — so we make security one of ours. To ensure we hire only the most trustworthy and high-caliber candidates, our hiring process includes a personality assessment and a thorough background check in addition to face-to-face interviews.
I have been working at Xantrion full-time
Everyone gets 17 days of PTO+ holidays to start, great healthcare and 401k, work life balance, diverse environments with a lot of learning opportunities, flexible work from home. Good customers, and the biggest one is great coworkers. A lot of hardworking people supporting businesses that make a difference in the world.
It is still an MSP. Too much of your time will be dealing with problem customers, software that we should never be supporting, and trying to find information that was never recorded. But that is what they pay us for.
Advice to Management
Ditch caliper and take more chances with new hires.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took a week. I interviewed at Xantrion in September 2016.
The interview process started off with a phone screening from the recruiter, then an online assessment, followed by the in-person interview. In-person interview was great and one of the best interview experiences I've had. Everyone that I interacted with from the very beginning was professional and friendly and seemed very passionate about their jobs.
