I worked at Xcel Energy full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good benefits and lots of opportunities.

    Cons

No flexibility and no work from home if you need it.

    Advice to Management

Younger generation do need more flexibility. I would rather give up the retirement benefits for occasional work from home benefit.

Team interview, tough questions that were not typical. The recruiting company appears to have good relationship and was helpful. The interview began on time and lasted 60 minutes. It was with business, IT PM, and product management team.
