I have been working at Xerox full-time (More than a year)
Xerox is in a state of flux and there are incredible opportunities for young talent to cut their teeth on serious international work. They are clearly invested in retaining young employees and creating positions that offer flex scheduling and great pay.
Benefits are not great.
Advice to Management
Young people can offer a perspective to get Xerox out of "the way things have always been" mentality.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Xerox in January 2014.
too long and they dont care they dont train good they dont care abput employees ergrger Thgey interview people and then the people quits doing training so they dont really keep people at all
