As a world leader in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), we have a wide range of job opportunities under different lines of business that serve a broad variety of industries. Many of our clients are in the public sector, both state and local government as well as federal.
We actively seek job applicants who are transitioning military, retired military personnel, and veterans with disabilities, as well as military spouses and family members for job opportunities at Xerox. Through our Heroes@Home program, we hire qualified veterans and military spouses for at-home employment opportunities. This program was developed leveraging our 30 years of experience with our existing 5,000 virtual workers and our valued partnerships with national veteran support organizations.
In the past year, we've had job placements for customer care agents, image processors, data analysts, help desk specialists, systems developers, leadership roles and many other positions. In addition to our recruiting efforts, Xerox also helps transitioning vets by offering tips on resumes, interviewing, and job search techniques. We also assist in identifying potential job opportunities at our company that match your skill set and military experience. Keep in mind, not all of our positions are eligible to be worked from home. Also, in some cases, geographic restrictions may apply.

I worked at Xerox full-time (More than 10 years)
This company made it possible for me to move ahead with my career and allowed me to advance and my potential.
There was too many supervisors that didn't do there jobs.
Sometimes I had to tell how to do their jobs.
Advice to Management
Pay attention to your employees when they let you know that your supervisors are not doing there jobs.
If you have more than 3-5 qualified leads telling you that your supervisors and notmdoing their jobs you know that there is a problem.
The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Xerox (Rochester, NY) in May 2018.
I was extremely surprised by the low level of the company’s recruitment effort. I submitted my resume online and in a couple of days someone called and started to interview me immediately. I explained that it was not a good time because I am in the middle of driving, we agreed they will call back, while they did not propose a time or even a day. They called back another couple of days later and this time scheduled a phone interview with the hiring manager for a week after the call. No one called on the time a date scheduled. The recruiter called an hour and a half later and left a voicemail saying they forgot and they are sorry. We rescheduled to reconnect another week after that to schedule another interview and this was the last I heard from them. So it took over a month of phone calls and they managed to not schedule a single phone call.
