Not a physically demanding job at all, so you're not completely exhausted when you get off of work. You stay busy with service calls at customer accounts, so the days go by fast. Pay is very good for not having to have a college degree. Medical is okay, Dental is great. Paid vacation and holidays are nice as well! I love working for this company and am hoping to retire here.
Medical coverage isn't that great, but I've seen way worse. It's about average. If you want overtime, it's very hard to get as a Customer Service Engineer (at least where I'm located).
