I have been working at Xirrus full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great products, exciting engineering projects, interesting position in the market. Great benefits (stock options and health insurance). Lots of talent in engineering. Management really cares, and most employees are really passionate about their work. Lots of happy faces in the office.

    Cons

Unpredictable pay schedule, unreliable raises, lack of upward mobility. A little stuffy as far as startups go; average age is much older than other startups, even though the company is younger than some of its competitors. Chronically understaffed.

I had two interviews after a pre phone interview,
Each one takes 2-3 houres and i met lots of nice and knowledgeable people.
The whole proccess is alittle slow but it worth it.
I think there is lots of learning opportunity there.
