I have been working at Xpressdocs full-time (More than a year)
I think the biggest "Pro" is all of the people who work here. Having worked for a very large corporation prior to joining XD, it's truly refreshing to work at a company where everyone is on the same team and supports one another towards the same goal. Great work and family life balance. I feel like the people I work with really care about me as a person, and I'm not just a number. Love the "small" company atmosphere and feel. Great pay and overall benefits. Excellent management team that invest time in learning about their employees. No micro-managing, which is a huge plus.
Healthcare benefit costs are pretty high, but to be expected for a company of this size.
Advice to Management
Invest in your employees. Offering better benefits will help retain existing employees, as well as, recruit new employees.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Xpressdocs (Fort Worth, TX).
Had a Skype interview with Reynolds & Reynolds (parent company) which covered the standard questions you would expect. The interview was very nice and the interview lasted about 30-45 minutes.
After that I scheduled an in-person interview at Xpressdocs and met with their team. The interview as very casual with each team member asking their own set questions. Nothing was too out of the ordinary and the team was all very friendly. I received an offer from them shortly after getting my background check and drug testing done.
Let's kick off the week with a questionnaire: 1) What is your favorite social media platform and why? 2) What is your favorite social media platform to connect with prospects on?
Happy President's Day, everyone!
