I worked at YESCO full-time (More than a year)
Great work family type place to work Easy to get along with other employees Very close knit Insurance costs were pretty decent The Youngs are great people and very appreciative Neat legacy of great projects, name and company to be proud of
Slow to change definitely not a judgement free zone, a lot of talking behind other people's backs
Advice to Management
Keep doing what you are doing, just be more open to changes and accepting modern working norms.
I started working there as a temporary worker, then got hired onto the company payroll. I got this job in Las Vegas and moved with the company to Logan, UT in 2006. There wasn't as much of an interview process, just the production supervisor asking me if I wanted to work there permanently.
No negotiations, just an offer and I accepted.
