I have been working at YETI Coolers full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

It is a really laid back place to work with some great co workers and perks.

    Cons

There is big communication problem! Also a lot of departments get forgotten about.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at YETI Coolers (Austin, TX).

    Interview

Initial phone interview, an in-person interview a few days later. Phone interview went well, and seemed like they were happy to move quickly. In-person interview started with two Customer Service managers who were very friendly. Followed by an interview with an HR rep: also very friendly and welcoming. Pretty standard questions. Was told I would hear back by the end of the week. Did not hear back, so I reached out. Was told that they thought I turned the position down so they never contacted me ( I am not sure where they got this information, or if they lied?) so they went forward with someone else. Was excited about the opportunity, but was not at all happy with how they handled the follow up.
