Does anyone have a list of car camping essentials? I am planning a road trip to ski over a week in below freezing temperatures. I have a sleeping bag, built a sleeping platform, have a yeti to stop things from freezing overnight, have base layers, ski gear, etc. and will be working on a power supply box. I want to get a camping stove for breakfast/coffee. Any other large items I am missing?

ProsI have never worked anywhere like this! Most organizations share their mission and values with the team but here at YETI - we live it. • The environment is fast paced and there is never a dull
ConsI wouldn't call this a con, but with the fast pace - comes the challenge of feeling as if you are spinning your wheels at times.
Advice to ManagementContinue to pour into your people by way of development. I would recommend we evaluate perks/offerings to consider remote workers.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at YETI (United States)
InterviewI submitted a resume and cover letter and heard back in a week two for an initial recruiter screen. Then I had two additional rounds of interviews with three other team members. They told me they would be making a decision soon, but I never heard back which always leaves a bad taste in my mouth once they've taken up a significant amount of your time. In this case, I was a recovering from a minor surgery and still made the effort to meet with them. The culture also very seemed homogenous with no people of color I encountered through the interview process.
