I worked at Yashco Systems full-time (More than 3 years)
Yashco keep saying they care for their employees and I experience that they certainly do. Like anybody, I had ups and downs in the life, required emergency travel to home country leaving the project behind. Yashco supported me during my tough times, processed my immigration documents when I was not easily reachable in India. They made every effort to contact me and had taken care of my visa and the projects while I was away from the US. I feel this comes from their genuine care for their employees.
Recently, I received an internal email from the upper management regarding the hurricane Irma; not only offering support to the employees to book travel tickets for them if they would potentially get affected by it but also extending help to students who cannot afford flight tickets to evacuate the place. This shows how they show care towards the employees.
I have been working with the company for 3 years and I appreciate their transparency and freedom they give to consultants. The professionalism and easy-going attitude are very notable that they exercise in the day to day business towards everyone. I would like thank the entire team including the marketing team, immigration team, payroll team and HR for their strenuous effort for my success in the company.
Nothing would be worth mentioning.

Doing a wonderful job and wish to see the company reaching top notch with the same good deeds.
