“Action trumps intention.”  If you say you’re going to do it, do it. If I say I’m going to do it, hold me to it. Hold each other accountable and collectively raise the bar.

“Think different.”  Think about outcomes; don’t just focus on activities. Want a different outcome? Try a different approach. “We’ve always done it that way” is a clue to think more.

“Speak your mind...”  Just do it respectfully. Communicate early and often. When you don’t agree, present a solution.

    I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Yesler.


    Applied online, about a month later I was contacted for a phone interview. Was told by the recruiter that he thought I would be good for the position and the hiring manager would be in contact with me within a day or two. It's been over two weeks and after a few emails following back up with the recruiter I have yet to get a reply. Very unprofessional in my opinion to not take the time to let a job applicant know their stance.
