Was contacted by a recruiter within about 2 weeks of submitting application online. The recruiter was very friendly and seemed genuinely interested in making sure that the role was a good fit for my professional goals. Ultimately, I decided that Yesmail was not the right fit, but the recruiter had great follow up and wished me luck. Most recruiters fall off the map after screening, so I was really impressed by the professionalism.
