I have been working at Yokogawa full-time (More than 8 years)
Convenience to commute back and forth to company. Great work balance. Friendly staff. Best for graduates entering work field.
Difficult to advance within company. Most people who advance have a good relationship with upper management. Or you have your work for the company for at least 20 years to advance.
I applied online. I interviewed at Yokogawa (Newnan, GA) in June 2017.
An HR Generalist asked a series of situational interview questions to relay back to the hiring manager.
I thought it was unusual at the end - I asked the HR representative how many people work at their facility and what specific products they product. The individual struggled to give me a cohesive and detailed answer to that question. If you can't provide such basic information about your business, how can you accurately portray my credentials and qualifications to a technical manager?
