Technical Account Manager

Being a woman in tech, I only recently started advocating for myself at work about advancement opportunities. Because of this I wanted to ask this question to my male counterparts. When you have 1:1's with your direct reports and talk about career growth / aspirations what is your managers’ response typically? I’d like to gauge how my experience (negative) differs from others. For instance are you met with blockades, enthusiasm, dread, etc?

Getting an Interview

  1. Product Manager Interview

    Average Interview

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at (London, England) in Dec 2022

The first interview happens via webapp where the there is an intro with the Product Lead and then 4 questions. After each question, you have 30 seconds to think and then 2 minutes to answer. Very important that you come across well on camera- this is a remote role so lots of video calls I imagine. You must play with YCBM before hand.

Why do you want to work for YCBM? Tell me about a product that you enjoy? Characteristics of a great product manager? What would I want to improve about YCBM?
