Advice to Management
Continue focusing on connecting the teams with each other to avoid any silos as we grow.
The process took a week. I interviewed at YouEarnedIt in November 2017.
Received an email from the recruiter asking how much I expected to earn in my next role. Replied to that and was set up for a phone interview. Phone interview went really well, recruiter was very personable and gave me positive feedback. I then was scheduled for a second phone interview with the 2 hiring managers. The call was really disappointing, the guy was really cold and seemed unprepared. He fumbled his words when I asked him questions and he also implied I was interviewing for a cold calling position rather than account executive. Although I loved what the company is about and had high hopes, after hanging up, I didn’t care to get a call back. Don’t want to work under young and inexperienced sales managers.
