Pros
I've been working for Younessi Law for 8 yrs and counting. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is a fast pace law firm and the day just flies by. I love what I do and don't see myself working anywhere else. I have learned so much from the attorneys, management and also from co-workers. Ramin and Sean Younessi have treated me like family. I owe a lot to Ramin and Sean - They supported me when my dad fell ill and made their presence when he passed. I don't know any other employer that would have done that and because that's who they are. What can I say about about our office manager Jennifer. She's understanding , caring, always staying positive and a solution solver, she's the best. I could go on and on about how great my job is and where I work, but by me working here for 8 yrs really speak for itself. So, if you're looking for a great office environment and have the ability to grow, say no more, Younessi Law is the place to be and no where else.
Cons
just like in any other job, there will be hick ups along the way, but management is there to help. I don't see it as a con but as a " lets work together to find a solution". Maybe a bit more vacation time.
