It's actually kind of difficult to work for other people after this. They really encouraged personal and professional growth. Wonderful people.


COVID really crushed them. I don't think this company could really continue at 100%. This isn't much of a con - they are really awesome.

    I applied through an employee referral The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Youth Frontiers (Edina, MN) in May 2019


    Longer than I expected but nice to know that they value getting the right people. It was a 5 step process including a mass hiring event, 2 different panels, one-on-one with the CEO and meeting with a 3rd party interviewer.
