    Lead Program Facilitator Interview

    Anonymous Employee in Edina, MN

    Positive Experience
    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Youth Frontiers (Edina, MN) in May 2019.

    Interview

Longer than I expected but nice to know that they value getting the right people. It was a 5 step process including a mass hiring event, 2 different panels, one-on-one with the CEO and meeting with a 3rd party interviewer.
