When I couldn't get some of the youth to understand the importance of life and what they could offer positive to society rathet than negative
Advice to Management
To get more materials and school supplies. Also I would suggest a more variety of food and activities to do with the youth.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Youth Services International (Ocala, FL) in October 2014.
Good interview experience. However, they lie and give false information in order to get you to come work for them. Remember to always ask why the previous individual in the position left (problem is they lie when they answer the question)
