Mission: ZF TRW’s vision to be the global leader in active and passive safety systems is built on a foundation of trust – trust in our products, employees and their integrity.
I have been working at ZF TRW full-time
Nice new building, decent pay and some decent benefits, interesting projects.
Medical benefits are terrible, must be politically motivated to advance, an entrenched bureaucracy environment, engineering predominantly driven out of Europe, high turnover.
Advice to Management
You are advancing the wrong people for the wrong reasons. Engineering is by design and done by engineers and not by management committee or by dictators with the power to force things through.
I applied online. I interviewed at ZF TRW (Livonia, MI) in August 2017.
first round interview was a phone interview, the person was very nice and the questions were all walk me thru your resume kinda questions. I was asked to explain my duties specifically on the experiences that match their job description. And she also asked my expectations for the position. had to call the recruiter to get feedback
ZF and TRW announced today that the companies have completed the transaction under which ZF has successfully acquired TRW. TRW will be incorporated into ZF as a new division called Active & Passive Safety Technology. The combined company operates under the name ZF Friedrichshafen AG. http://glassdoor.com/slink.htm?key=vI6G6
