    Zanes Law Partners with Garrett's Bears 2016

    Tucson, Ariz. (December 1, 2016) – This Christmas, Zanes Law is thrilled to partner with Garrett’s Bears, a program founded by 9-year-old, Garrett Tews. Garrett’s Bears is a yearly stuffed animal drive for Banner Diamonds Children’s Medical Center and TMC for children. Four years ago Garrett realized that children would be spending their Christmas morning in pain or frightened. Over the last four years, Garrett has raised 1,600 new stuffed animals for Diamond’s Children’s Medical Center to deliver to the children on Christmas morning.

We have a formal community service program that allows its team to touch lives and make a difference in the community.

Zanes Law has provided legal services for over 14 years throughout Arizona to individuals who have been involved in personal injury accidents. We have dedicated teams of professionals working from multiple locations to achieve desired results on behalf of our clients and provide excellent customer service.

We’re  successful because of the people who make up our team. Everyone on our team is driven by his desire to personally excel and by his desire to help our company continue to grow. To be successful in our high accountability environment, you will need to be able to instantly adapt in a fluid environment and find better ways to serve our clients. Success means that you are versatile and willing to step outside of your specific job description when needed to be a better teammate or to better serve our clients. Excelling will require you to continue to educate yourself and continue to personally grow and expand your skill set. Being a great teammate is required of everyone at the firm and making decisions based on what is best for the team is a must, even if what is best for you individually is something different. Finally, we only add positive forces to our environment. We do not have the time or energy to be bogged down in negativity!

At Zanes Law there is always a reason to have fun and celebrate! We have potlucks, office tailgates, family outings/gatherings, quarterly meetings, and holiday celebrations.


We are active and committed to our community!

  • Zanes Law’s School Supply Giveaway for teachers. This is Zanes’ signature event! Every summer teachers are invited to this event to collect much needed school supplies at no cost to them. The entire Zanes Law team works together to execute on this event the first Saturday in August (every year). In 2016, we served 450 local Tucson teachers and distributed thousands of school supplies.
  • Additional outreach: Employees from different offices of Zanes Law are service driven and have organized various community initiatives for the area they service. Examples include: American Association’s Heart Walk, Chef for a Day at the Ronald McDonald House, toy drives during the holiday season, clothing drives, and much more!

    I have been working at Zanes Law full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    I have been at the firm for two years and have seen it go through lots of change, especially in 2013. Some of this change was difficult, but I'm amazed at what a positive place it is to work in at this point. For a while the firm really had incompetent management in its firm manager, intake manager, and other middle management, but those people are no longer with the firm and management is consistent and professional at this point. The current team of people are absolutely wonderful and amazing.

    This year we had a fantastic Christmas party and a wonderful family Christmas get-together at the office where kids and spouses were the focus.

    Cons

    Hi accountability. If you are not productive you will be asked to move on. But that was made clear to me when I started and it seems to be clear to everyone I work with.

    Advice to Management

    Keep the community service programs going in 2014!

    Was told I would be reviewed for a raise at 90 days if I was performing. I never even got a 90 day review.
