Pros
Zappi is truly a special place to be as it has to rare combination of an exciting and strong product to go along with an amazing culture full of great people. Zappi embodies everything about a "healthy" working environment as everyone is treated as adults and with the upmost trust to get things done. The people are genuine all the way from the top leadership down to the newest employees. Everyone working here is pulling in one direction and that is a big part of the experience - you are surrounded by truly motivated people who want to succeed for themselves and the company. Lastly, there is strong potential for growth in ones career. Experimentation and execution are encouraged regardless of who you are and what your title is - if you have an idea that can make the company better you can present it and run with it and that can unlock ones true potential.
Cons
While it's hard to think of any cons, in the spirit of being fair At times as the company has grown execution has slowed down. This is natural as with more specialization and ownership, there are just more people, more stakeholders for every decision. Overall the benefits of growth and specialization outweigh the cons, but there is a balance that is always tilting one way or another.
