Straight from the beginning I had a very good start in ZenGuard and still having a great time:
+ great and nice Interview process
+ very good onboarding
+ I get everytime support and Feedback from my manager
+ I learn a lot and also as working student I am responsible for my own tasks
+ Very flexible working hours
+ nice and friendly collegues

The communication between different areas could be better
Advice to Management
I really like the companies Feedback culture and that the company tries to be 100% transparent.

Interview
The entire recruitment process was really efficient, fast, and smooth. The HR head was/is very professional, accommodating, engaging and very helpful. The interview stages were very positive and uplifting in a way.
