    Strong leadership is more than just words, emails, a powerpoint slide, or a web page. Real leadership is defined by action. And there is no better way to describe Zeno than by saying that the agency is filled with leaders, from junior staff all the way up to our CEO. Working in an environment like this empowers, inspires and motives each and every team member to give 110% in everything they do. For me, it's like a family.

    I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Zeno Group (Chicago, IL) in May 2017.


    The interview process was quite straight forward. I applied as a general consumer interview and the teams who had available spots and thought I might fit their needs reached out to line up an interview. However, scheduling was difficult for team members were called away for last minute projects.
