Walk-Through Rate to Optimize Paid Ads for Better ROAS | Zenreach

One of the enduring problems for digital ad metrics is they aren't great at showing offline conversions. If you're trying to measure whether or not an ad drove someone into a physical location, you're in a bind because the metrics are made to track online activity.

Introducing Zenreach Attract, the first product connecting digital marketing with in-store results - Zenreach Blog

Zenreach Attract solves one of the most enduring problems for businesses that advertise online, but sell to customers in person. Online ads target audiences based on digital approximations of customer audiences, and they're optimized to get clicks. Unfortunately, digital approximations aren't the same as customers, and people who click don't always shop in person.

Sushant Mahalle - Network Support Specialist

Sushant Mahalle - Network Support Specialist

There are plenty of reasons that attrached me to joining the Zenreach team. I will start with the article that I read on LinkedIn about the closing the gap between online and offline worlds using WiFi-powered marketing platform, that inspired me to look into the Zenreach. Secondly, my role and what I love doing the most i.e. supporting and managing the networks at Zenreach I configure, manage and troubleshoot WiFi networks accross more than 6000 locations. Lastly, values and core  believes that Zenreach is based on.

What keeps me excited and motivated to come to work is my amazing team and co-workers,  the energy, excitement and fun that they bring with them, when I first started I was amazed to see how everyone goes out of their way to help one another and now I am part of this wonderful culture. The challenges, sense of ownership and satisfaction of getting job done. Zenreach is rapidly growing and no two days are same, that excites  me, keep me motivated and forces me to prepare for the challenges.

To be successful at Zenreach one should believe in its core values, that are being  committed, creating trust, delivering high performance and being bold.

My favorite Zenreach memory, I would say "The Zenndies" (just like The Dundies show "The Office") which Zenreach organized during its annual holiday party to recognize unusual talents of employees, awards were pretty funny, creative and I loved it.

Zenreach is wonderful company to work for with absolutely talented people. Opportunities here are endless,  Zenreach has lots to offer to its employees and to the world.

It's honestly the best company I have worked at. I have learned more over here in my short tenure here than I ever did combine in the last few years.

I love the people also. Everyone is genuinely trying to help you and are super dedicated and smart

Company perks are very decent also. From an open vacation policy to a really good insurance plan, zenreach really goes the extra mile

The executive team is really caring, and they are always very transparent and open to hard questions. Very rare to find anywhere

Too many chocolates in the office!!

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Zenreach.

I applied online. The recruiter reached out to me within a week and set up a call with the hiring manager. The recruiter was pleasant to talk to . He answered most of my questions and set realistic expectations.
The hiring manager was very friendly and mostly asked me about my previous experience.
I went for the onsite which was 4 hours long. I met a bunch of people mostly program managers. and one informal lunch with a software engineer.
All of them were very friendly. The office was located in Presidio and was very beautiful.

I didn't hear back from them for almost a week. And when I reached out to the recruiter he said they were looking for someone with more experience. They knew from the beginning what my experience level was through my resume, and phone conversation with the hiring manager. Then why even call me for an onsite and waste all that time?
If an applicant is spending all that time interviewing for the company, the least they can do it give me a proper feedback which might help them improve, instead of the generic 'more experience' nonsense.
