    Lots of people, high energy, great projects to work on, team support, open door policy


    Certain Realtors are bossy and overload you with projects not understanding that you have to help everyone as equally as possible. You have to wok part hours on weekends.

    Advice to Management

    Stop micro managing and let the employees breath a bit.

    I applied in-person. I interviewed at Zephyr Real Estate (San Francisco, CA) in January 2015.


    Morning interview on a Monday. The front desk worker greeted me, and offered a tea or water. Interview for about a half hour with the office manager. She was friendly, and personable. It seemed like they had a great team and atmosphere.
