Lots of autonomy, strong leadership, changing organization structure, integrated product roadmap, great customers, continued market and Industry recognition for our vision of the Company and our capabilities, strong and out-of-the box thinking CEO = HUGE growth opportunities for Zeta!!
Cultural transformation takes time, legacy staff need to step up "A" game or be left behind, NYC HQ office needs upgrade, overall site footprint being consolidated to core sites, WFH is frowned upon, Company website and Product marketing (slicks, demos) need an upgrade.
Advice to Management
Super strong Leadership Team... Employees believe in you. Be very vocal and over communicate the Company strategy and goals.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Zeta Global (New York, NY).
Interviewed with 2 Attorneys, met with HR. Normal interview nothing difficult just chatting and discussing school and work experiences. Followed up with HR and they never got back to me, NOT PROFESSIONAL.
