High volume of lead generation phone calls, not a clear cut path for promotion, early hours.

Enlighten your teams about available career paths within the company, and how to get there for a higher retention rate.
Started with one phone call. Then had an in person meeting at a hotel lobby when the senior manager was visiting in town. Then they flew me to HQ to meet top mgmt. Then another interview and some role playing. So it was fairly thorough but was good
