-Upper management in NYC has been supportive towards myself and my team when needed.
-CEO is always looking for new business to acquire
-Pub Relations makes my teams job difficult with their lack of knowledge. They've lost a lot of detail oriented, hard working and communicative pub reps over the years and it's affected the workload my team has taken on, while we are trying to put together the puzzle with missing pieces with the current team.
Advice to Management
-Either hire more pub reps or get rid of the ones who aren't performing, and who are negative towards their colleagues and managers.
-Loosing publishers in the network at a rapid place isn't a good look for the company, sales team, or a positive reflection of current pub team.
I applied online. I interviewed at Ziff Davis in June 2017.
Phone interview with the recruiter. Withdrew myself from the process. The interviewer was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was very uncomfortable when I started asking him questions. His answers were very rude and tried to make me sound stupid. When I replied with my explanation proving I knew what I was talking about, he was extremely rude and passive aggressive. Do yourself a favor and stay away!
