From the very beginning, our goal at Zimmer Biomet has been to create new possibilities for healthcare professionals and their patients.
It all starts with seeing the potential for making splints out of aluminum, rather than making splints out of wood. But questioning the status quo doesn’t stop there. It continues with the championing of biomaterials and design advances that are now the industry standard.
At Zimmer Biomet, our relentless pursuit of better and better solutions has led to revolutionary changes in musculoskeletal healthcare.
From the use of direct compression molded polyethylene, to titanium alloy in cementless reconstructive products, our capability for innovation is continuously improving as it evolves.
The promise of progress is how Zimmer Biomet got started and it is what still drives us today.
Headquartered in Warsaw, Indiana, Zimmer Biomet designs, develops, manufactures and markets orthopaedic reconstructive, spinal and trauma devices, dental implants, and related surgical products.

I applied through college or university. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Zimmer Biomet (Atlanta, GA).
Got the interview from an on campus career fair and had the 30 minute interview the following morning. After one month they offered me a position without further interviews which was surprising.
