The interviewers do not necessary shares the details about the company's culture, vibes, social elements, salary, compensation, or benefits... on the other hand, they do demand from the candidate to be cutting edge of professionalism, education, soft skills, detailed oriented, experienced, problem solver and long-distance runner for the ridiculously low salary.
