I like the support I get from my staff team and functional support teams. My peers are knowledgeable and easy to work with. The operating teams are open and receptive to change. A tremendous amount of experience and skill makes the amount of technology we use appear simple to apply to our processes. The company is investing in technology everywhere.
Some teams are ahead of others related to continuous improvement. The teams are all aligned to the same goals and metrics yet somewhat autonomous in the way they are managed to achieve goals.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Zimmer (Richmond, VA).
initial application filled out online lead to phone call then follow up and eventually a face to face at office where the position was located. spoke with HR director, then supervisor brought in, followed by quick meet and greet with manager/distributor. Drug screening scheduled, background test and then an offer was made.
